What information I collect about you
I collect information about you when you contact me, submit forms on my website, or place an order for my services. I also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide me with feedback. Website usage information is collected using Cookies (which are explained in more detail below).
How I will use the information about you
I principally collect information about you to fulfil orders, and respond to your requests for information about my services. In order to fulfil orders, I may send your details to, and also use information from, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies. If you have consented to receive marketing information about my services, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop me from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email me to let me know. If you have previously agreed to me using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by clicking the unsubscribe link which appears at the base of my email newsletters and flyers. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so. I may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which I think you may find interesting, but only if you tell me that you wish this to happen.
Access to your information and correction
You may request details of personal information which I hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee may be payable.
